Our Lady in Medjugorje: Pray for them; they are the bridge to the triumph of my Immaculate Heart.

In one testimony in Medjugorje, the visionary Mirjana Soldo stated: “We are approaching the time of the triumph of our Mother’s Heart! The triumph of her Heart will come through priests, who are the foundation for this. It is important to pray for all of them! I cannot tell you more now. Our Lady said: What I began in Fatima, I will accomplish in Medjugorje. She said: ‘My Immaculate Heart will triumph.’”
Therefore, from this moment in which we are now living until the triumph of her Heart, there is a bridge — and that bridge is the priests. And Our Lady said that we must pray for priests so that this bridge may endure. Priests are the bridge, and we need our priests so that they may lead us to the triumph of Mary’s Immaculate Heart.
Mirjana said in a conversation from November 2007: “When we look at Our Lady’s messages, when we speak about those who are privileged, then we can speak about priests. Because Our Lady never said what they should do, but only and always what we should do for priests. She said that we should not judge or criticize them, but that they need our prayers and love.”
Our Lady says: “My children, if you lose respect for priests, you will lose respect for the Church.”
“My children, if you lose respect for priests, you will lose respect for the Church and, in the end, for dear God. I repeat once again: God will judge priests according to what they were like as priests.” Recently, in almost every message, Our Lady has emphasized the importance of praying for priests.
For example, when she blesses us and the things brought for blessing, she always says:
“I give you my motherly blessing, but the greatest blessing you can receive on earth is the blessing that comes from your priest. It is my Son Himself who blesses you.”
And she says not to forget to pray for your shepherds. My Son has blessed their priestly hands.
Are priests the bridge to the triumph?
Let us recall that, through the priest Don Stefano Gobbi, the Blessed Virgin Mary founded the Cenacle — the Marian Movement of Priests — as a preparation for the triumph of Her Immaculate Heart.
Gobbi received the inspiration to gather priests in the Chapel of the Apparitions in Fatima. While he was praying on May 28, 1972, for priests who were tempted to betray their priestly vocation and who were disobedient to Church authority, Our Lady began to speak to him.
At first he was afraid, but the message encouraged him: “Do not be afraid; I am the one speaking to you. Through you, I want to found a work that will be of great help to the Church in future times.” Don Gobbi asked Mary for a sign of confirmation, which he received that same month in Nazareth. From then on, Our Lady spoke to him regularly until 1997, and all of Our Lady’s messages to Don Gobbi were compiled in what is known as the “Blue Book.”
Don Gobbi began prayer meetings with three priest friends. This was the beginning of the Marian Movement of Priests, based in Milan, which today gathers around four hundred cardinals and bishops, one hundred and thirty thousand priests, and tens of millions of faithful throughout the world. Beginning in 1974, the first Cenacles began — times of prayer and fraternity between priests and the faithful, which also spread throughout the whole world.
John Paul II blessed the work of this movement. In July 2013, the Marian Movement was recognized by the Catholic Church as an initiative within the Church.
In the Marian Movement of Priests, Our Lady asks for three things: consecration and entrustment to her Immaculate Heart, love for the Pope, and the spreading of devotion to the Heart of Mary among the faithful — as three weapons for the final times and as preparation for the Triumph of Mary’s Immaculate Heart.
